I realised this week that it's been a while since I posted any pictures of my recent Amy outfits. I've been working on a few, so I thought it was about time I finally took some photos for you all to see and had a mini photo shoot in the garden this afternoon lol.

I just went into Express and I spotted this nice substitute for the hard to find Topshop dark pink jacket. Unfortunately, this jacket is $118. I will update this post later with additional info.

Ok, so over the course of the last week I realized that I do not, in fact, have a lot of time left to get everything done so I've basically been living in the bonus room with the sewing machine and craft table all week. I saw this shirt that was not only cute but reminded me of Amy's from Curse of the Black spot and The Doctor's Wife. So I bought it cause it only cost me $12. When I got it home and tried it on with my other Amy stuff it was a little too pink. The tights I'm wearing aren't the ones for CotBS I just happened to be wearing the skirt with another pair ( Read more... )

These are completed, and if there are any modifications I've done since taking the picture of that outfit, then I'll make note of them there. Hi guys! I went to the Doctor Who Experience yesterday and knowing some of you were after pics of Idris' dress, I tried to take a few detail ones for you. I realise now that kingpinwriter was taking some, too, for everyone (nice to meet you yesterday btw), but I figure our pictures will be slightly different anyway so here goes.

The front of my Idris bodice is done! It looks great :) The back is about a third done, hopefully the pens will last :) I've got some RIT dye on its way, hopefully that will work on the net (curtain) going over the top of the outer skirt. Oh, and the petticoat finally stays on my waist :) I did have braces holding it up, but we attached some ( Read more... )
